Gentle Ben’s famous cooking will be served from 12-3pm.

It will include Pulled Pork, Baked Beans, Coleslaw, Roll, Sweet or Unsweet Tea.

Meal tickets will be available for a donation of 6$ per plate.   

Entertainment will begin at 10:30am with Southern Sound.

Patrick Gibson and the Florida Cracker Country Boys will take the stage at 1pm.

 

Since we are opening this event up to the public there will be a $5.00 donation charged at the gate for anyone who is not a current member or joining the day of the BBQ.  Admission for children 12 and under is free.

Vendors Wanted!!

Since we are moving the BBQ from Doe Lake to the Lake County Fairgrounds we are welcoming individuals to come set up a tent and sell their wares.  If you are interested please contact Bonnie Davis at (352)636-1351.

We will have our raffle tickets available for sale by June 18, 2010.   Raffle Tickets will be available in advance $1.00 each or 6/$5.00 (same price on the day of the BBQ).

Limited number of Raffle Tickets  available.

Raffle tickets are available to everyone so if you would like to reserve yours please contact Bonnie Davis (352)636-1351.  We will also be having drawings the day of the BBQ using  special tickets for members only drawings.
